UK — £4.00
Rest of World — £5.50

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ​Binnie’s Shop.​ If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then we can help you. Should you wish to request a refund, return your item, or exchange it for another, please email us at store@binnieadansby.com with a brief explanation.

Digital products (downloads) are not eligible for returns, but can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

Returns (CDs and Books)

You have ​30 calendar days to return a CD or book from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you will need proof of purchase. All being well, we will initiate a Paypal refund.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. However, if the item proves to be faulty then we will refund all costs.
