JANUARY 2021 CONNECTION
WELCOME
Yes, come well into this new beginning for ALL of us. I am writing to you on a day that is so reflective of the call that I hear from my guidance, ‘Go inside and up’. There is chaos and confusion politically, a pandemic that appears out of control, change at every level of life, and we are asked to ‘Stay at home’. Outside my window there is a light blanket of snow, clouds cover the sky, and it looks like I am in a black and white movie.
I am grateful for the beauty that I see and the opportunity to be in an atmosphere of meditation. We do have a choice about how to view our situation. Our experience is based in our perception, and about that there is a choice. It is a time of choosing how to view the future. How will I receive the events of the world? How will I view the changes that are inevitable? How will I ride the energies of the Age of Aquarius? What is the gift that I can give to this new level of our collective evolution? I do know that all of my relationships reflect the one I have with myself, and that circumstances are not ‘who I am’. As we deepen our relationship with Self, we can be more present in our relationship with others in our lives and able to give and receive the gifts that are always abundant.
A Deepening For This Moment
I invite you to join me in the connected heart breath, expanding your heart space on the inhale through a relaxed jaw and open throat.
Choose to breathe through your mouth or your nose and feel the breath fall down into the belly and perineum from the heart . . . release the breath upward, aware of letting go of anything unlike life . . .
Acknowledge that you are safe and supported in this moment . . . relax your shoulders, even more, and be aware of how your body is feeling . . . know that all of your sensations are safe and that you are the one who chooses what to think about the life energy that is expressing in your body.
Conscious of the breath into your heart space, remember that the essence of your being is purity and light! Give life to Innocence, to connection to your Divinity . . connecting to the truth of,
‘I am an expression of Love!’. . .
‘I am One with all that lives and all that breathes!’ . . .
‘I am included in the Divine Plan!’ . . .
‘I am connected in Love to Divine intelligence and guidance!’ . . .
‘I am listening!’
All the answers are in the centre of the Heart Breath. YES! All Creation is saying YES! to YOU . . . Listen!

I began my love affair with the people of Denmark and the country in 1990. We breathed life into the first 3-year training there in the Autumn of that year. Our community has grown and flourished and has been nourished by extraordinary practitioners and teachers who have come from the community that we have created together. I miss YOU!
The Breathing Festival
I am honoured to be one of the 50+ leading breath experts who will share teachings and experiences at this ONLINE event in February 2021. Attendees will take part in empowering discussions, life-awakening breathing experiences, tools for everyday living, conscious music, cutting-edge breathing technology and more.

The Festival will run from Thursday – Sunday over three weekends in February: February 11-14; February 18-21; February 25-28, 2021. Each Festival day will include lectures, experiential breathing sessions and “toolkits”, which are tips and tricks for bringing breathwork into your everyday life. All daily sessions will be released at 10 am US Eastern Time / 5 pm GMT to allow for you to watch at your leisure.
My presentation, entitled: "Making Peace With Being Physical - Giving Birth To Creator Consciousness" will be available on Sunday 28th February 2021, to be followed by a live Q & A Session on Monday 1st March.
